Also, the walls can be painted with water paint, but there will not be any patterns and drawings and just a plain monotones surface. This type of wall decoration is more suitable for grown-up children, figures for which are not already so important. Most importantly, follow the rules of proper wall coverings, including alignment, priming and so on.

The paper wallpapers are the safest for kids. If you for one or another reason have chosen vinyl wallpapers, pay attention to their certification and ecological compatibility. Also, you can use liquid wallpaper, repairing a child's room. But, this variant would be more costly and laborious.

If you choose the paint instead of the wallpapers, the choice should be for latex. A child, who likes to draw all over around, can paint the walls too, after which the surface covered with water-based paint can be easily washed. Thus, to choose the texture, pattern and color of the walls is very important and responsible occupation because the human eye is often drawn primarily to the walls.

A very common mistake during the repairing of the nursery is inadequate allocation of attention and time to the finishing of flooring. But this is really wrong because the most of my time a kid, especially if he is small, will hold it on the floor, stacking toys, puzzles or cubes. Therefore, the flooring should not be just beautiful and warm, but also made with harmless, natural, and easily washable materials. You can choose linoleum, parquet or laminate flooring, or the soft materials such as a carpet and so on. As in the case with walls, the repairing of the floor also requires a strict implementation of all rules and requirements.

After all the works will be done, the nursery needs time to ventilation. It is necessary to give at least 2-3 days in order to all the unpleasant and noxious odors had time to disappear, however, the ideal is the time of the order of two to three weeks. If you have time, then do so without fail because the nursery repairing involves such small operations.
